A Level Results Day 2020
At Elutec Academy, we have had a successful socially distanced Level 3 results day!
It was a pleasure to catch up and speak to our Year 13 students who we last saw back in March.
We are delighted that they have achieved the excellent results that they needed to enable them to move forward to the next stage of their studies.
The Head of Faculty for Engineering, Claire Bannister, states:
“We are proud of the diversity in the fields of engineering that our students are entering from Aeronautical at University of Brighton, Motorsport at Staffordshire University, Electronic Engineering at Bangor University and Mechanical Engineering at London South Bank University”.
The students that have chosen the apprenticeship career path will be working with organisations such as Network Rail, TfL, Mercedes-Benz and Thames Water.
Year 13 student Gabriel, has excelled in her A Level and Engineering qualifications, gaining 2 A Levels AB in Sciences and a Merit Award in Engineering and is looking forward to starting her Biomedical Science degree at the University of Warwick.
BTEC student Ekam, awarded D*DD in Engineering, is looking forward to continuing his studies with a Mechanical Engineering degree at the University of Brighton, to enable him in the future to work on engineering projects with national companies.
BTEC student Josie, gained D*D*D in Engineering and loves Music, and is starting her Digital Music and Sound Arts degree also at the University of Brighton, to fulfil her ambition of becoming a Sound Engineer.
Congratulations to all our students and onward success after what has been challenging times.
