Elutec Students participate in the first national UTC cyber event

On Friday 27th November, Elutec Academy Sixth Form students took part in the first national UTC cyber event encompassing 18 UTCs and over 700 students.

The event provided students with deep dive technical demonstrations, challenges and insights into the cyber security industry. Challenges were set by Darktrace and Immersive Labs in a fully interactive and immersive competition.

Elutec students were delighted to receive the opportunity to hear from and question employers regarding the valuable skills needed to be successful in the cyber security industry before finding out who will be Cyber Student and UTC winners of 2020!

Elutec Academy & Sixth Form were proud to involve Computer Science students from Years 12 and 13 in this event.
