Engineering outside of the workshop

Last week, Year 11 students braved the cold weather, and took their engineering lesson out into the community.

Students were tasked to find and look in detail at manufactured products that can be used to promote Elutec Academy.

Students then deciphered what materials have been used, how they have been joined and how they are finished, on a variety of products that we use on a daily basis.

They then recorded all their findings on product analysis sheets.
